Gautam Munshi - Co-Founder and CEO
–comes from extensive line marketing and sales experience coupled with building large scale analytics delivery teams for Fortune 100 companies. Prior to co-founding Redwood, Gautam was heading Production Analytics at Marketics Technologies (acquired by WNS in 2007 for $65 million) and has held extensive analytics, sales and strategy roles with Standard Chartered Bank and Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC). In addition to driving the overall growth and expansion of Redwood, Gautam is also responsible for developing product planning and IP creation. Gautam holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi and an Economics Honors from St. Stephen's College, Delhi.
Pavan Bhat - Co-Founder and COO
- has extensive experience in building large scale delivery units in analytics and IT services with leading analytics/IT firms like Polaris, Genpact and Marketics. Prior to co-founding Redwood, Pavan was heading a large analytics delivery unit for Marketics Technologies and has deployed analytics solutions in Retail, Travel and Entertainment industries. In addition to being responsible for overall client delivery at Redwood, Pavan is also responsible for building technology and quality control for Redwood’s analytics product development and deployment. Pavan holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship, Bangalore, and B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from Bangalore University.
Gauri Mohan – Director
Gauri Mohan – Director - comes with extensive experience in building world-class credit and channel analytics capabilities including Banking Analytics with Standard Chartered Bank, outsourcing analytics with IBM and real estate analytics with a US Major. She also has a passion for social research and did extensive donor analytics for the American India Foundation. Gauri is an Economics Graduate from Lady Shriram College, and holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad. Some of her recent projects include segmentation analytics for a leading FMCG, design and deployment of analytical human resource models for an insurance major and propensity modeling for an online Business-to-Business company.
Karan Sarao- VP – Client Services
Karan Sarao- VP – Client Services – has extensive experience in analytics training and consultation. He has been with the company, since its inception. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from FMS, Delhi and has done B.E from Punjab Engineering College. In addition to extensive experience in embedding analytical capabilities in teams across leading multinational companies, Karan has also recently designed a reporting and dash-boarding portal for a Fortune 5 Company and clickstream analysis for a leading European customer portal.
