Mr. Gautam Munshi – Our CEO

Gautam has 15 years of experience across Standard Chartered Bank, HSBC and Marketics. He is a MBA from FMS and a graduate in Economics from St. Stephens College, New Delhi. Gautam believes that everyone should follow ones dreams. He also believes applying logic/ analytics to solve every business or human problem. He has deep expertise in financial services analytics and leading large scale analytical teams. In his free time, Gautam enjoys classic rock, Bengali food and reading biographies of famous innovators

Pavan Bhat –The COO

Pavan has 15 years of experience across IT and analytics with Polaris, GE and WNS. He is a MBA from XIME and a Chemical Engineer from MSRIT, Bangalore. Pavan is passionate about high performance in every sphere of life. He has expertise in a large number of data mining tools and techniques and uses them continuously to drive effective analytical work. Pavan has implemented many analytical solutions across industries and functions. When not at work, Pavan enjoys long drives, the monsoon, and spending time with his two daughters.

Gauri Mohan – The CMO

Gauri has about 10 years of experiences across Standard Chartered Bank, IB M and Cushman and Wakefield. She is a MBA from IIM Ahmadabad and a graduate in Economics from Lady Shri Ram College, New Delhi. Gauri is passionate about financial services and innovative business models. She is working on developing intellectual assets for Redwood’s analytical products and believes that innovation is the key to all progress. Gauri enjoys reading, international cinema and travelling!
